LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR MARK A. DARR RESPONDS TO CRITICISM
As many of you know, Lt. Governor Mark Darr signed SB 131 into law while Governor Beebe was out of the state. The bill guarantees the anonymity of state-licensed concealed-carry permit holders. That Lieutenant Governor Darr would sign the bill while the Governor was out of the state struck many as opportunistic at least.
